Next weekends weather...very cold for this time of year. I suspect some snow will fall in the mountains somewhere.
While you throwing it there, compare temps here with the old homestead, or new home. Sometimes I think we can get trapped in the reverse grass greener syndrome and the 10-hour drive/1.5 hour flight buffer between family has its benefits..went home this weekend (downeast), love the fam and homefront but couldn't wait to get the hell out of there.

Glorious weekend in the northeast..perfect fall weather. Really cold snap in both areas 10 degrees below normal at minimum..
Yikes, almost too cold for golf in October...thanks but no thanks. One man's trash is another man's treasure (in reference to the term "glorius").
Yea, its too cold for golf (almost) but thats what late October is! Like I was saying , cold snap...normally you can play golf right into November in Connecticut. Big A, I found I was playing more golf up there than here. From June to August here I didnt venture near a course..way too hot. I'd rather play in 50's than 80's any day. Under 50 too cold. If the wind is calm though, a 55 degree day is great golf weather.
