The Clay Center for arts and science in Downtown Charleston has proven to be a money maker and prime performing center in the state of WV. The impact it has on Charleston and WV is appearing to be a large one, and the center continues to be a leader in WV performing arts and science discovery,

Indeed, that is a nice asset for Charleston and like another "premier" arts center in the state, The University's Creative Arts Center, which has 400,000 attendees at various concerts, plays, and events every year, the Clay Center has utilized the generosity of a benefactor to benefit an entire community.
