We have been to the Clay Center for various things a few times but there is one thing I've questioned. Like I said, I've only been there a few times and I am certainly not an expert here.
I have noticed many empty seats on the floor and the side balconies with the only tickets available up in the balcony. I assume that many of these seats belong to members and if it's something they are not interested in they simply remain empty.
It seems to me that if that is the case if there was somehow to make these seats available it would make a better experience for all. The performer isn't facing so many empty seats with people sitting in the balcony. I realize that the center can't afford to simply resell seats they have already sold once.

I agree completely, much like basketball seats in Morgantown. A member/season ticket holder should be able to contact the box office by a certain date to inform them they won't be there.
I agree Wilmore. The concrete on the facade always looks scummy. Something that a building this new and of this magnitude just should not have.
