Chaz is a male trans who has had top surgery, but not bottom surgery. It's very complicated, but that's just the way it is. The girlfriend has known his feelings from the get-go.
No...the best thing we can do is tell them the truth.
I hope you don't have or never have a loved one going thru this...it is not just as easy as telling them the truth. The individual themselves know what's going on (the truth)..it's not an easy life to lead...to constantly struggle with self identity. Have a good day!

My neighbor is a cross dresser. He performs at one of the adult clubs out by the theme parks. Super nice guy. I'm not sure why anyone would care as long as he is happy with himself. Truthfully, he looks a lot nicer than I do when he goes to work with his heels and hair all done up.
Sure, it doesn't MAKE him a female....but personally, I wouldn't care if he chose to dress like a pumpkin. It just isn't my business or my life and he does make me the most wonderful baked goods.

He's had some surgery for gender reassignment but I am not sure what kind of surgery. I believe he still has some more surgeries in the future and the whole process takes about a year.
