TMZ has learned Bonds was pulled over in his Silver Lexus last night around 10:00 PM -- and cited for talking on his cell phone while driving ... a violation that will set him back roughly $125.
Strange, I've heard the same thing from Braves fans and now Rangers fans. Are we to believe all three teams just happened coincidentally to go into slumps when they met Giants pitching?
LOL yea it's like a flu thing. they all go into "slumps" hahahahah
I'm very happy for my 85 year old FIL who has been a fan and ticket holder for the Giants since 1958. My husband is 55 and grew up going to the games. Although they didn't get to the series they did make it to a playoff game. It's about dang time!
Texas went out like some (garden) hoes, screw them. At least we don't have to hear about how dominant the AL is (for another year anyways). Oh, B McCann says "You're welcome." At least the Giants can give Pittsburgh,Orioles, and Nats fans hope (an "against the odds" situation).
I'll let you in on a little secret. My grandfather was a HUGE Giants fan and even followed them when he moved to Florida. Obviously he became a fan while he was much younger and well before they moved to SF.
The N.Y. Daily News wrote, "For the first time since '54..." I had to stop for a moment and think...great cooga-mooga! This was their first title since they left the Polo Grounds!
