I just got a set for the headlights and foglights for the Camry and for the Murano. 6000K for the headlights and 3000K yellow for the foglights.

I bought the crystal cut lenses and HID "bright white" 155w/85w for my truck and I absolutely HATE them....but I blew so much money on all that crap,I just leave them on it because my wife would blow a gasket if I dared to mention anything other than pure joy with them.

They sure make a great "first impression" . . .

However, I sincerely question the benefits vs the costs!

Default Ignore the bird crap....they are Ford fans obviously

...Look cool, but I can't see things up close (and yes,I have adjusted them more than once)...I CAN see the reflection of a road sign two miles away on flat ground, but I can't see a deer standing in the ditch right in front of me.http://i303.photobucket.com/albums/nn142/Revbigdaddy/lights.jpg (broken link)

I Have HID lights on one of may cars and they are so good I looked at adding to the other car but it is an expensive proposition. To get a set of xenon bulbs, ballasts, and ignitors is not only expensive (several hundred) but re-fitting some cars is difficult. I have chosen to just live with what I have.

I paid $63 for mine. Based on the directions a caveman can install them.

Those don't look True Hid's... Are you sure they're not halogen's with an Hid style. I was going to say Hid's don't run at 155 watts or 85. They run way way lower. I'm guessing they're just regular headlights with blue tint.

That's like those stupid Nokya's or Silverstars, they're not much better then regular halogens.

I have Bi Xenon's, meaning one bulb does both high and low beam. They're 8000 kelvins. I have hid style foglights that are 3000 kelvins.

You are talking so far over my head with kelvins and such that I'm not sure you are even talking about headlights anymore....all I TRULY know is that I can't see crap with them (as evidenced by my bug screen) and they take all of the color out of things at night. If you drive under a street light at night, you can't even tell they are on behind the windshield. They suck major butt imho. Two thumbs down.
