2 completely different animals..but yes.

If I was looking now, I’d consider the 2021 hybrid Elantra. Gas didn’t get cheap here like it did in Ohio so I’d look at hybrids. Don’t get me wrong, dollars to donuts, the 2020 was a fantastic deal for everything you get tech and power wise. I don’t think I could get a better deal.

This 2019 Hyundai Veloster R-Spec 6-speed gets 33-34 mpg with the stick model on the freeway. That's pretty hard to argue with. I know the quirky hatchback style doesn't suit everyone. I love it.

Focus has a lot of issues especially the automatics.
I had a 2012 manual focus in 2012. Was glad to get rid of it in 2013.

I got 33 with the 2014. 26 with the 2020.

True it is a beast. Too bad the turbo couldn’t be with a manual transmission. I’m actually shocked how quick it is 55-85mph when passing cars

What's your hp and lb/ft. torque again in your 2020 Kia Soul, airics?

In addition to it being your last car, is it your *only* car?

One thing to consider: a car's ergonomics & comfort as we all age. The sporty car that fits like a glove when we're younger isn't usually so comfortable once we're retired. If it is a 2nd car, no problem.

That being said, it really is a great looking sporty car!
