What I was going to say what that the shelter is only preventing growth in the lot directly across the street and the lot south of the shelter. Outside of that immediate area the shelter is not preventing growth because a couple blocks north an apartment complex and a cancer treatment center are being built

You have to wonder whether growth is always the greater good, however.

The folks who live there have to be somewhere.
