Newnan is a nice town about 30 minutes away from the airport. It has a beautiful historic district and has great shopping and dining and a variety of home prices.

Ever thought of Sandy Springs, and then you can get a MARTA pass and take the monorail to the airport from the Sandy Springs station?

I concur with Peachtree City. Smallish town no traffic, lot of pilots live there. Where else can you drive a golf cart thru the entire town, take the kids to school in it etc. Cant be beat

Fayetteville is just south of the airport and east of Peachtree city - it only takes 30 minutes to get to the airport and you don't even have to get on the highway.

I work at the airport and live in Newnan. Easy drive. I think in the year we've been driving, we've only encountered traffic twice. We both have to be at work at 7 though, could explain the lack of traffic

Thumbs up Check out Tributary

My husband and I have contracted to build a house in a new community called Tributary at New Manchester. The community is in its infancy, but it's impressive. It's also about 20 minutes to the airport on back roads. (The community is very close to Camp Creek Pkwy, which dumps you at the airport.) You can check it out at [urlRemoved[/url]. The agent we've been working with there is named Molly, and I highly recommend her.

Good luck!!
