If money wasn't an object, then I'd probably live winters on the gulf coast of FL between Tampa and Ft Myers, and summers in Maine or New Hampshire.

Here in Atlanta, I'm quite fine where we are now.

I would choose Inman Park, Candler Park, or Virginia Highland, BTW...

If money wasn't an issue, I'd have a second home in a penthouse unit in either St Regis Buckhead or The Brookwood. I love the location, floorplans and amenities of both buildings. I would also take Glenwood Park and Inman Park into consideration.

There are many places that I love in Atlanta but if I had to choose one I would go for Buckhead easy access to my favorite places and not too much traffic. I would want a home with a large lot since I LOVE trees and will of course need to be able to afford someone to take care of that land for me.

I also love the homes in Brookwood near the golf course but not sure I want to be that close to P'Tree traffic and Morningside and the Highlands area would be my choice for a smaller property where I could actually get to know the neighbors.

Yeah, that sounds good.

What's even better, though, is to buy the entire condo building. Why settle for one condo unit when you can buy the entire building? It's just pocket change.

Noisy neighbors? No problem! Every condo unit except mine is vacant. Barking dogs? No problem! Every condo unit except mine is vacant. Neighbors you don't like? No problem! Every condo unit except mine is vacant.

I'd buy out an old warehouse in Castlebury Hill and turn it into an urban mansion, with a night club on the ground level.

I like that, too.

That sounds like something Elvis Presley would do. Elvis used to do stuff like this. He'd go see a movie and buy every seat in the theatre.

Let's keep buying the lotto tickets.

@Zel Ya -- I would buy the whole building too! :-)

@son-house -- I like your idea...I too would love to buy a building in Castleberry. I would live upstairs and convert one half of the lower level into a cupcake cafe and the other half into an event venue space.
