Poured down rain in the Safford area today....pretty sure the fires are out on Mt Graham, (there were 4 fairly small ones although they were starting to get a bit out of hand) At noon it was 100, a couple of hours later it was 70. Love this time of year.

Actually FINALLY getting some light rain out here by the White Tanks. Puppy has no clue why the sprinklers are up in the sky getting her wet, she just keeps looking up with a "hey, what the heck"???

Been a lot of rain this week in Sierra Vista. Day before yesterday, there was a huge downpour in the afternoon. I think it rained most of last night. This morning around 9 or 10 there was a small amount of rain. It didn't really come down, but we certainly didn't stay dry while at the park. Supposed to be plenty of rain and thunder over the next few days. Forecast says .7 inches of rain on the way.

Benson been wet and cool the last 24 hours. Yesterday the temp dropped significantly in about an hour from 80s to 63. Currently in a flash flood advisory until 5pm. Currently 67 degrees with 12 mph winds and rain.

Flooding apparently in Tucson.

Lots of rain here in Tucson today. Some flooding and a water rescue too. A funnel cloud was spotted in the air (didn't touch down).

tnp, I saw some pics of flooding on the Phoenix news today. Wow.

Got a little rain mid morning, but that was it. Temps were WAY down though. Loving it.

Sounds like here in Cottonwood. We can SMELL the rain but nary a drop. It's frustrating. The lower temps, breeze and clouds made it a very pleasant day though.
