Also, ensure all food outside it's original container, such as in squirt bottles, is labeled to easily identify the contents. Food is mostly only hot/cold held at this location & made to order -- dishes are washed and most food is cooked in Subconnection. Nacho are fried in this unit. Good job having thermometers in all cold holding units. Good job with all employees having proper hair restraints.
