    Observation: Observed cheese on the inside top surface of the microwave oven.

    Observation: Observed grease on the concrete behind the dumpster next to the grease recycling bin.
    Correction: The refuse container storage area and grounds adjacent to the container are to be maintained clean and sanitary.

    Observation: Observed a set of lights without proper shielding in the back area above the ice machine.
    Correction: Provide shields.

    Observation: Observed loose or missing coving tiles on the outside and inside of the walk-in coolers.
    Correction: Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities.
