Observation: Observed the front reach-in cooler was over 41 degrees and the frosty mix in the hopper was over 41 degrees.
Correction: Maintenance on site, fixed the reach-in cooler. Keep an eye on the hopper, may need to stir the mixture occasionally to keep it below 41 degrees from the top to bottom.

Observation: Observed the grinder and tomato slicer soiled. Also observed mold build-up inside the ice machine.

There was less ice build-up in thew walk-in freezer, and the salad reach-in was leaking less but not fixed completely.
- Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment (repeated violation)
Observation: The Walk-in freezer is icing and there is a large amount of ice build up in there. The salad cooler under the drive thru prep station is leaking water.
Correction: This problem needs to be addressed and fixed. (seal the leak, or make sure the door is staying latched during the day, and make sure the gasket is creating a tight seal). Have this leak fixed, the catch pan was full of water.
- Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment (repeated violation)
Observation: Several refrigerations units have torn/ripped gaskets or gaskets that are not sealed on properly and are loose. (Salad coolers, Walk-in refrigerator, Walk-in freezer)
Correction: Replace gaskets and make sure they are properly attached.

Observation: The back of the fryers are in need of cleaning.
Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Observation: Observed several areas throughout the kitchen where the grout on the floor is becoming very worn or is almost gone completely.
