    Observation: Dishwasher not sanitizing. Chlorine sanitizer pail empty.

1) Install additional shelving in the walk-in cooler.
2) Remove milk jug crates from walk-in freezer.
3) Repair dead kitchen ceiling lights.
4) Install 100 watt frosted bulb in walk-in freezer.
5) Install missing ceiling panel by bag-n-box rack.
6) Install soap & towel dispensers at bar handsink.
7) Remove unnecessary equipment - pots, pans, tea brewers, etc.
8) Post "No Smoking" or international sign in dining or at front entrance.
9) Raise bar ice bin drain & beverage line to at least 6" off the floor.
10) Install automatic chemical feeders on dishwasher.
Not approved for foodservice permit.
