Temperature Measuring Devices Observation: There were no thermometers in the prep coolers or bar coolers.
Correction: Provide thermometers in coolers so that employees can monitor the temperature.
Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment Observation: Debris in Whirlpool refrigerator. Unit not being used at this time..
Correction: Clean inside unit or remove from premises.
Hand Drying Provision Observation: No paper towels were provided at the bar hand washing sink.
Correction: Provide paper towels at the bar hand washing sinks to encourage hand washing.
Handwashing Signage/Handwashing Facilities Observation: A sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands is not provided in all the restrooms and at the bar handsink.
Correction: Provide a sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands at all handwashing lavatories used by food employees.
Physical Facilities in Good Repair Observation: Dead ceiling light at rear kitchen / dining room exit door.
Correction: Replace dead lamps.
Critical: Toxics - Common Name/working Containers of Toxics* (repeated violation) Observation: Pump-spray containers of cleaning products are not properly labeled.
Correction: Label containers of toxic items with the common name of contents. Identification of these containers with the common name of the material helps prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents.

Discussed handwashing handout with PIC. Dishwasher appears to be working properly. Note: No food was being prepared during the visit.
Critical: Hands and Arms Cleaning Procedure* (corrected on site) Observation: Food employees observed wiping hands on aprons.
Correction: Food employees must properly wash and dry their hands at a handsink.
Critical: Eating, Drinking, or Using Tobacco* (corrected on site) Observation: In use open drinking containers stored in a manner that may contaminate food or food equipment.
Correction: Employees may drink from a closed beverage container.The container must be handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, and exposed clean food equipment, single-service items.
Utensils - In-Use - Between-Use Storage (corrected on site) Observation: Chef knives stored between equipment at cooking line.
Correction: Store chef knives on a clean portion of the cutting board or prep table. Clean and sanitize the cutting board and table top at least every 4 hours.
