    Observation: Observed the TCS (time/temperature control for Safety Food) in the meat side of the sandwich refrigerator at 44-50°F.
    Correction: Corrected by pulling and putting in freezer to cool quickly. These products were at proper refrigeration temperature when the restaurant was opened.

    Observation: Observed several TCS foods (tuna salad, chicken and beef) at 58-59 degrees on the sandwich line.
    Correction: Product was discarded by management. Refrigerator was not turned on when the restaurant was opened at 7 am.

    Observation: Observed light intensity <1 foot candles in walk-in cooler.
    Correction: Increase to 10 foot candles.
