The Provalone cheese, Spicy Ham, Sliced Ham, Roast Beef, Feta Cheese, Yellow Cheese, Potato Salad, Diced Tomato, Sliced Tomato, Raw Chicken, Heavy Cream, BBQ Pork, BBQ Chicken, Prepared Salsa, Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Flank Steak, Taziki Sauce, Crab Cake, Meat Loaf and other items in the Cooks Line, Sandwich Prep were Cold Holding at improper temperatures.
    Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
