    Observation: Food stored inside the 4 door reach-in refrigerator located upstairs, raw hamburger patties, raw fish, shrimp, sliced cheeses, buttermilk, milk products temperature control for safety foods tempted at 58 degree F.
    Correction: Temperature control for safety foods shall be maintained at 41 degrees F or below. Relocate foods to another cold holding refrigerator until 4 door reach-in is fixed.
