Observation: Observed the concrete floor in the walk-in cooler was buckling leaving open gaps in the floor. Also, coving tiles have pulled away from the walk-in cooler wall. In addition the concert pad for the dumpster is busted and no longer easily cleanable.
Correction: Need documentation that the walk-in freezer floor as well as the coving tiles will be corrected before the annual permit is issued.
