| No food prep observed during inspection. No food in facility. No employees working at time of inspection. Lodge kitchen is not currently in use. All equipment and utensils are wrapped. Several pieces of equipment are not in working order. Please repair or remove these items. Water samples dated 1/7/2014 and 1/8/2014 are both absent of E. Coli and Total Colisure. | Lodge kitchen is not currently in use. When it is used, the majority of food is prepared in the golf club kitchen and transported in cambro containers to the Lodge. The dish machine, coca cola case, and ice machine are currently not working. Dish machine is scheduled to be removed completely. No potentially hazardous foods were being stored in the kitchen. No food prep was observed. No employees were working at the time of this inspection. Water sample results dated 6/27/12. E.Coli and Total Coliforms absent.
