Observation: There is no properly working test kit provided in the facility for monitoring the concentration of the chemical sanitizing solutions.

Observation: The following nonfood contact surfaces have accumulations of grime and debris: 1-Inside of the homestyle reach in freezer, 2-the black cart under the mixer, 3-the base of the Cuisinart mixer, 4-the base of the floor mixer, 5-the convection oven. All of these items were cleaned during inspection.
Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Observation: The coving tiles along the wall under the hand sink and the 3-compartment sink is not maintained in good repair. The coving tiles in this area are missing.There is also a ceiling tile missing above the storage shelves.
