    Observation: Milk, in the front service pass thru cooler, and cut tomatoes on salads and packaged turkey and ham sandwiches, in the right most front service open display cooler were cold holding at improper temperatures ( milk-47F, cut tomatoes-46F, turkey and ham sandwiches-48F). The operator rapidly cooled and discarded the food items.
    Correction: Cold hold potentially hazardous food at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
