Limited food service operation is conducted for the before and after child care service ( the operator stated snacks are provided for the children) and limited food service/processing for the child care operation, at the site. Observation: The door gasket to the Hobart reach-in cooler is in poor repair.
Correction: Repair or replace the door gasket in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.

Observation: The Hobart chemical dishmachine tested at 0 ppm chlorine. The operator was informed to wash rinse and sanitize at the warewashing 3 compartment sink, until the chemical dishmachine is serviced/repaired.
Correction: After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use.

Observation: Cracked ceiling material/surfaces were observed by the food processing 2 compartment sink.

The operator provided a probe thermometer and chlorine test strips at this time. Pan Da Vida Ministerio International as of 11/3/14 provides meals for the Children's Home of Virginia Baptist childcare program and Before and After-school program.

Observation: A leak was observed at the side of the chemical lines into the dishmachine, upon filling of the dishwasher.
Correction: Repair the chemical dishmachine to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter. If unable to repair the chemical dishmachine, replace it with one that meets the specifications of Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.
