    Observation: The PIC of the kitchen stated when asked about washing of utensils and containers that they are washed, rinsed and the put on rack to dry.
    Correction: After cleaning and rinsing of the food-contact surface, the surface shall be effectively sanitized before coming in contact with food and before use. Discussed with PIC.

    Observation: Observed employee take around 5 seconds to wash hands before putting on gloves.
    Correction: Ensure all food employees clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms with a cleaning compound in a lavatory by vigorously rubbing together the surfaces of their lathered hands and warms for at least 20 seconds and thoroughly rinsing with clean water. Discussed with management.
  • Temperature Measuring Devices - Food
    Observation: No food product thermometer available. There are products such as raw ground beef, uncooked fish and pot pies that must be cooked to a specific temperature.
    Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device that is accurate within +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use.
  • Physical Facilities in Good Repair
    Observation: Observed ceiling paint flaking.
    Correction: Repair.
