Observation: The prepared ready-to-eat (RTE) Salmon spread or veggie dip in the refrigeration unit is not properly dated for disposition. Observed salmon spread and veggie dip that are past their expiration date for disposition. Salmon spread has a date of 2/24/16 and the veggie dip has date of 2/20/16. PIC said that when new products were made that the date was not changed. PIC corrected.
Correction: Date mark combined products with the earliest or first prepared potentially hazardous RTE ingredient or portion. If the food is held at 41°F or below date mark the container with a ""consume by"" date not to exceed 7 days (including the date of preparation of the first prepared ingredient). If the food is held at 45°F mark the container with a ""consume by"" date not to exceed 4 calendar days.
- Temperature Measuring Devices - Ambient Air and Water
Observation: The ambient (air/water) temperature measuring device (degrees F) located in the kitchen reach in is not accurate. Observed that the thermometer in the double door refrigerator is broken.
Correction: Provide a temperature measuring device that is accurate within +/- 3 degrees Fahrenheit in the intended range of use.

Observation: Plumbing connections under the 3 compartment sink are leaking. Observed leak under 3 compartment sink
Correction: water being caught in plastic tub.

Observation: Wall covering in kitchen entrance is not attached so it is easily cleanable. Observed dry wall missing, exposing bare wood stud. Repair so that it is easily cleanable.
