    Observation: Mac and cheese, gravy, corn hot holding at improper temperatures.
    Correction: There was a pan missing from the steam table which may have affected food temperatures. Pan was replaced and PIC will monitor temperature to ensure foods are holding at 135 or higher.

    Correction: Maintain nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment clean.

    Observation: Mop sink is clogged. Observed standing water in mop sink, overflowing onto the surrounding floor.
    Correction: Repairman has been called to address the issue.

    Observation: Found hood vents system clean date of 4/15 had passed.
    Correction: Hood and vents are to be cleaned as marked on date of service label. Please have hood/vents cleaned as per frequency marked on label.
