    Correction: Correct by ensuring all employees drink from a cup with a lid and a straw while in the kitchen/food prep area.

    Observation: Observed cream cheese packets (64.6 degrees) and Half & Half containers (63.5 degrees) above 41 degrees.
    Correction: Correct by ensuring as "temperature control for safety" foods remain below 41 degrees for cold holding.

    Correction: Post handwash signs at all handsinks used by employees.

    Observation: Missing or damaged base cove and tile around grease trap area. Floor in dry storage is sticky.
    Correction: Repair and maintain floors and base cove.
