    Observation: TCS food on (cold) salad bar found above 41 degrees. Cottage cheese is 46.2 degrees. Tomatoes 46 degrees on ice at grill prep area.
    Correction: PIC discarded cottage cheese and tomatoes. Food in the middle row of the salad bar is higher temperatures - put non TCS foods in this row and use deep pans for TCS foods that are placed in the outer rows of the unit.
