Correction: Repair the wall and floors to ensure they are smooth, impervious and easily cleanable. Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities. Facility has the materials to repair the walls and floors. The project to repair these areas will be accomplished with in 30 days.

Observation: Cheese and sliced tomatoes observed cold holding at improper temperature in the food prep reach in refrigerator.
Correction: Adjust the thermostat to ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.

Observation: The handwashing sink in the kitchen and stainless steel shelf in the kitchen are not sealed to adjoining equipment or walls.
Correction: Seal the hand washing sink and shelf to the wall since it is exposed to spillage or seepage.
