- Can opener and bracket
Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
Floors, Walls, and Ceilings - Cleanability Observation: Ceiling in the coffee service area is not smooth and easily cleanable.
Correction: Repair or replace ceiling to make it smooth and easily cleanable. Facility has the new tiles and will be installed within the week. .
Physical Facilities in Good Repair (repeated violation) Observation: Wall at the hand washing sink, wall behind the grill, several areas of the floor are missing tile, or need resurfacing,
Correction: Repair the wall and floors to ensure they are smooth, impervious and easily cleanable. Maintain physical facilities in good repair. Poor repair and maintenance compromises the functionality of the physical facilities. Facility has the materials to repair the walls and floors. The project to repair these areas will be accomplished with in 30 days.

Critical: Food - Potentially Hazardous Food - Cold Holding* (corrected on site) Observation: Cheese and sliced tomatoes observed cold holding at improper temperature in the food prep reach in refrigerator.
Correction: Adjust the thermostat to ensure that potentially hazardous foods for cold holding are maintained at 41°F or below to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
Equipment - Fixed Equipment, Spacing or Sealing Observation: The handwashing sink in the kitchen and stainless steel shelf in the kitchen are not sealed to adjoining equipment or walls.
Correction: Seal the hand washing sink and shelf to the wall since it is exposed to spillage or seepage.
