| This visit was made to conduct a risk based assessment. The Person in Charge was very helpful and knowledgeable. I observed good temperature logs for receiving the food . Thank you. Note: - Please use handwashing soap instead of dish detergent to wash hands. Handwashing soap is available and as per Person in Charge there is an order placed to provide a handsoap dispenser. - All food is provided by Jeffery's Catering. Disposable plates and utensils are used and all serving utensils are returned to Jeffery's where they are washed and sanitized. *Repeat Observations are Subject to Civil Penalty

The person in charge was very helpful. This facility receives food from Jeffrey's, and sends back the equipment and utensils to be washed and sanitized.
