| This visit was made to conduct a risk based assessment. The Person in Charge was very helpful during the visit and we observed good handwashing. The following issues require attention: 1. Please review Employee Health policy with all staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about foodborne illnesses and symptoms. An employee health policy poster was provided to the Person in Charge. 2. Please ensure that handwashing is done in the designated handwashing sink in the kitchen and not in the three compartment sink. Note: Please try to schedule any repairs needed in the kitchen to not be done during food preparation times. *Repeat Observations are Subject to Civil Penalty
