- Observed an open container of salsa in a reach in cooler. Personal food should be labeled and kept separate from facility food.
- Observed containers of ice cream, soda, and daiquiri on the floor of the cooler containing those items. Items should be stored on shelves 6 inches off the ground.
- Observed cardboard used to line 2 liter soda shelving. Only surfaces that are non absorbent and easily cleanable should be used, remove cardboard.
- Observed debris build up in the cabinets under the coffee machines. Clean and maintain routine cleaning.
- Observed the hand sink by the soda machine without paper towels. The manager placed hand towels there during the inspection.
- Employee restroom does not have a lid on the garbage can. Provide lid for garbage can.
- Observed spill build up on floor in the walk in freezer containing ice cream. Clean and maintain routine cleaning.

- Observed soda lines hanging off shelves and touching the floor in the back storage area. Tie soda lines to prevent contact with floor.
- Observed the following under shelving units and on the floor in the walk-in coolers and freezer: bottled soda, water and frozen ice cream. Remove items from floor and store on shelves.
- The following were observed in the facility: Cardboard used as lining for shelving units displaying 2 liter soda drinks. Remove cardboard. Broken seals were observed on the cooler doors in the milk section. Replace broken seals.
- Observed dirt build up on the following units: Pizza chest freezer, ice cream chest freezer; coffee and cappuccino machines, as well as the inside of cabinets under these units and food storage containers in them; soda fountains; carts in the back storage area; outside of freezer in back storage area, including the door handles.
- Observed gaps under three doors of facility.Seal gaps by 08/14/15.
- Observed dirt build-up on floor in main storage area as well as walk-in coolers, especially under shelving units and corners. Clean floors.
- Observed small chip in floor tile by entrance of facility.
- Observed peeling on wall above soda syrup main storage area. Repaint. Also observed missing tile in ceiling above ice machine in main storage area.
- Observed chemical in spray bottles stored on shelf beside chocolate bars. The bottles were touching the food items. Spray bottles were voluntarily removed by manager. A cardboard box full of coffee pots were stored beside vehicle engine oil in main storage area. Manager physically separated these items
- Observed clutter of boxes and other items in different storage rooms in facility. Remove clutter.

- Observed 3 compartment sink with lukewarm water. Hot water must be provided to 3 compartment sink and handsink. Will do follow up inspection.
- Handsink in back storage room was not accessible at time of inspection. Pathway to handsink was cleared by manager at time of inspection.
