3-304.11 Prevent the contact of food with non-food contact surfaces, or, with food contact surfaces that are not properly cleaned and sanitized. Accumulation of congealed residued on tongs used to serve pickled pigs eggs and pickled pigs feet. 4-601.11 Clean interior of ice machine as often as necessary to prevent accumulation of soil and mold. Accumulation of black residue inside of the ice machines.
3-601.11 Cease the sale of food not labeled for individual retail sale as specified in law. Kool-Aid juice jammers, Hugs barrel juices, sleeves of oreo cookies and sleeves of saltine crackers. The following shelf stable items were found to be past the manufacturers date limitation. Campbels Chunky sirloin burger with country vegetables expired on 05/26/11, Chef Boyardee Lasagna pasta with chunky tomato and meat sauce expired 2/13/11, and Swanson chicken broth expired 05/28/11. Items were removed from shelves and doscarded prior to the end of the inspection.

Items were removed from the shelves prior to the end of the inspection and discarded.
