5-205.15 Repair condensate leak in WI freezer. Unit leaking inside of the WI freezer.
6-501.12 Clean ceiling and/or wall vent covers. Accumulation of dust and grime on ceiling tiles and ceiling vent covers. Clean facilities (floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc.) as often as necessary to maintain cleanliness.
