Me I would lower the cost of living since Washington State's cost of living has gone through the roof in the past several years.

Bring back logging and grazing the forests.

Good Neighbors (caring for and supporting each other, rather than avoiding / pestering each other)

NW was settled by those seeking independence, and they still are seeking... (That comes at a price... to all)

Some enclaves of good exist.
Most want to do good.
Many don't know how.

If I had cancer / debilitating disease, I would rather be elsewhere, for the sake and safety of my family.

I gave up on the people part about 2 years after moving here. Now I just want a decent cheeseburger.

Ok, Fat Burger. If that doesn’t do it for you, then Pollo Loco.

The old ethnic neighborhoods in Seattle. Apparently Rainier Valley used to be an Italian enclave? The dominant white demographic pretty much everywhere in the city is just generic white American (except Seward Park supposedly has a large Jewish community, Ballard was historically Scandinavian but I can't imagine they're more than 2% of the neighborhood these days).
