Not according to the data I have seen …you would have to show us an accredited source that says hospitals are filled with vaccinated people ..I doubt it very much

One of us, either you or me, is off their meds.

Our state, VA, reports cases, hospitalizations, and deaths by vaccination status. So far, the vaccinated make isn.0004% of the people hospitalized.

The only time you will likely see more vaccinated is in a particular local hospital in an area where most are vaccinated .

The small amount of break through should be mostly vaccinated since the locals are mostly vaccinated ..so there may be few unvaccinated hospitalized in that local area hospital.

No different then what i said about the fact the media could have a ball with the fact that 40% of all motor vehicle accidents involve impaired driving .

They would proclaim how we were misled and driving stoned is safer since 60% of the accidents are straight people …

Let that sink in

In the other news:

1. Booster shots following the previous full vaccination are expected to be authorized by the FDA for immunocompromised people in the next week or so.

2. Israel has given third doses to its immunocompromised population, and has just started to give them to all people over 60 who have been vaccinated more than 5 months ago (which makes total sense to me, considering that the median age of vaccinated people in Massachusetts, who are being admitted to hospital for serious enough breakthrough Covid, is 82.5 years).

3. The FDA is expected to authorize booster shots for seniors in October if the preliminary accelerated clinical trial shows that they offer additional benefit.

Trials were already done by Pfizer and that is the basis for Israel offering shots to 60+ and immunocompromised. About 500K have had their third shot already.

Why doesn't our government use the Pfizer trial data ?
It was shown at the vaccine board meeting yet the board only approved immunocompromised. The meeting was on 7/22

What is the "vaccine board"? The FDA has not approved the booster for immunocompromised people yet, but is expected to approve it next week. They want more data for the 60+ population by September.

The ACIP. They review and recommend to the FDA. The FDA then approves.

The ACIP met and recommended approval on 7/22

Pfizer has already trialed a third does for seniors. That is why Israel is vaccinating 50+ and immunocompromised.

You would not believe how nice this nursing home is, according to Ev. She no longer has to cook, and she says the food is great. However, there is a community kitchen with pots and pans for those who do want to cook. There are a ton of activities during the day, the rooms are really nice, and they organize all kinds of trips for those interested. Ev used to live alone in a tiny one bedroom in a retirement complex. She tells me she is much happier where she is now, and I can understand why. Not all nursing homes are horror stories, and this one sounds really nice. I drove by it a few weeks ago and they are building a massive addition on to it.
You need to review your word order, lol, but nursing homes are by definition places where people need full-time care with tasks of daily living. What you described is not a nursing home at all. I see someone else responded similarly. Sounds like a senior residence of some sort.
