Gary Olsen's "Master Path" - anybody familiar? (hell, agnostic, worship)

I've heard of this "Master Path" thing and can't decide if it's good or bad, and whether or not I should be worried if somebody close to me is involved.
Sure sounds suspect...a 'self appointed' guru from Fargo....that's almost enough to tell me he's a fraud, along with preliminary search results on 'Master Path' and 'Gary Olsen'.
Anyone heard of this thing - good, bad, or indifferent?
I've never heard of this person but if he lives in Fargo the Master Path should be a plan to get the hell out of that place. Have you ever been there? If not, the movie named Fargo might give you a clue.

I've found all that stuff on the Rick Ross site...I guess it depends on the individual and how this affects them; some people will pour their entire existence into things like this, and others might just see it as a harmless way to gain some spiritual enlightenment or something.
When I saw that he'd been 'run out' of Fargo, and then New Mexico, and is now in California (the land of fruits and nuts), it just threw up some red flags, along with other info suggesting he's a plagiarist, fraud, phony, etc. And the guy apparently makes his 'chelas' worship and chant in front of his picture, which is sorta creepy if you ask me...but then again people hang pictures & statues of Jesus, the Virgin Mary, etc. in their homes so this is no different.
How to bring this up with somebody who has fallen for it hook, line, and sinker is what's bugging me. Some refer to it as a 'cult' and use terms like 'obey' and 'mind control'.
I'm agnostic and all for freedom of religion and all, but something about this guy just doesn't sound right to me.
