Jehovah's Witnesses consider themselves Christian. In fact, the Watchtower is God's specifically chosen "faithful servant" to lead the true Christians thru the coming Great Tribulation and Armageddon. Only those in alignment with Jehovah's Ark of Salvation (the Watchtower) will survive. They don't consider anyone else a Christian tho. Everyone is deceived by Satan and part of Christendom.

Yes. I'm aware of that, and it would seem such views would exclude them from a common forum for all of Christianity.

I'm surprised any of them post on an open forum really.

I believe the ones here are not in fellowship with the Watchtower organization. I could certainly be wrong. But in this day and age of the internet, they just can't control their people like they used to.

Yup, but they just ignore/ don't respond to any factual/historical evidence that contradict their 'views'.

And in my experience, it's just more of copy/paste from the Watchtower site, then run.

I think just that one was disfellowshipped for apostacy and shunned. That was sad as he still believed and thought himself the victim of a few rogue elders.

I wish we had a "Cult" forum but that is probably too much to ask.

You could go onto any specific Evangelical or Christian forums, and you will find one of these for sure.
Not surprisingly, people in groups that are declared “Cults” by other Christian groups, are usually not that interested in interacting with them.
Jehovahs Witnesses would no doubt have their own individual forums and chat sites too, where they don’t have to mix with other groups, or play apologetics etc.

I was just teasing the mods with my post.

We can't call any group a "cult" on here per board rules. I certainly understand why... but it sure would be fun if we could.

As far as a JW forum goes, I suppose if we had a forum for them we would have to have one for other specific groups who aren't considered mainstream to "Christianity". I certainly wouldn't mind, but for the forum itself it is probably more work.
