There will definitely be another expulsion vote and this one will likely be much closer. Should be very interesting to see. At least he finally came to his senses and realized running again was a fool's errand.

With the report being as detailed as it is I think the odds of his expulsion has increased considerably, there were quite a few who stated they were holding off on waiting for the Ethics Report to be released. Will be interesting to see how this plays out, some are already calling for another vote

It will be much closer for sure. But with the fact that over half his term is over at this point, he's a reliable and crucial vote, doesn't have a conviction, and is not running for re election I still think he will barely survive until the end of his term. But I guess we will have to wait and see.

Will be interesting to see how it plays out. I would expect Democrats to be almost unanimous it voting to expel following the report, though it would still require about 35% of Republicans in the House to vote to expel (which could remain tough especially considering how slim the majority is). Republican Congressman Guest of Mississippi (the one in the fox article you posted) said he was going to bring up the vote to expel did vote present last time around. If the same Procedural rules are followed as the last vote it appears that would set up a vote in the week following Thanksgiving (House at this point anyway is not in Session next week)

Yep interesting for sure. Id certainly expect a near unanimous vote from the Dems but again it's hard to know for sure.
He was investigated only because he lied about his bio, which isn't a crime. If every member of Congress was scrutinized over their campaign and treated the same way as Santos there would be probably be others who did the same or worse. Santos used campaign funds for Botox. Was Hillary Clinton using her personal funds for every hair appointment or campaign funds when she was running for president?
I can't see how that would make any difference either way frankly.
Because his continuance in office will be an albatross shadowing any GOP nominee for the seat by sucking up the oxygen in the room.
