That’s exactly what the friends we have did. They didn’t dislike the schools, they just didn’t like the sheer number of non English speaking students. Property Tax rates are lower in csh and hhh than sh, they are still high though. Congrats on the home! We traded up also first home fixed it up sold it 3 years later moved to new bigger and better house.

or, if you want to stay, you're 5-10 mins from St. Anthony's.

For all intents and purposes, this is our forever home, but when we have school aged kids and if we aren’t happy with the school district or an opportunity opens up for us pending the market to move to a better school district, we would pursue it. Heard mixed opinions about the school district, but not really worried about that at all for a few years. Would always consider st anthonys or private school. We will see what the future holds.
