Tonight at the Case abode: Finishing off what was left over from Sunday, with an incredible pot roast of beef chuck (fork tender), brown gravy, mushrooms, pearl onions, celery, and sided this evening with house salad (French dressing).
Home-made burger: grass-fed organic beef, chopped cilantro, garlic/onion powder, a bit of cajun spice and a brioche bun slathered with guacamole, potato salad on the side.
SO ask for classic tortellini - ham, mushrooms, green peas, cream. Rabbit food. Pinot griggio.
