Bauernbrot cubed for later
add in pot butter and add finely chopped onion and garlic cloves and saute
sprinkle over it flour and toast it
add vegetable broth/chicken or beef broth of your choice and bring to a boil,then simmer
Meanwhile toast cubed bread of your choice in butter until crisp
whisk cream and egg yolks together and pour at end in the soup,gently stirring
flavor soup with black pepper,salt and nutmeg and garnish with the bread croutons,chive or curly parsley
A lion's mane mushroom, onion omelet topped with avocado and sprouts.
