None of it. Too much garbage, oil spills and chemicals in the water to make whatever lives in it appetizing.

I like true seafood best-of-all, but it's hard to beat fresh Crappie, trout, or bream from a cool river or lake - eaten dockside.

Hard to beat walleye from ice fishing in the winter on Saginaw Bay.

The guys/gals go 5 to 10 miles out on the ice.......they love it.

An expensive dinner but, great.

I like trout best. Fried whole, without breading, but just seasoning. But I also like most other kinds of fish almost as much, cooked lots of different ways. Ocean vs lake is not an issue for me. Wherever the fish is.

Until they start pulling lobster, oysters and clams out of Lake Michigan, this isn't really a fair fight.

I like both but there's more selection from ocean versus freshwater so I'll go with ocean.
Also what about anadromous fish, do they count as both?
Saltwater
Salmon
Tuna
Halibut
Swordfish
Haddock
Cod
Snapper
Orange Roughy
Mahi
Freshwater
Perch
Trout
Walleye
Catfish

Is rockfish considered seafood? They live in the ocean but we caught them when they come to the river to spawn.

Oceans! and bays, seas and sounds. I love lobster, crab, oysters, clams, squid, flounder, halibut, and many more briny creatures.
