North American. Did not even have to look at the data, but Kigoma seems to be one of the better tropical climates due to its high elevation and Copper Harbor's seasonal lag is nice enough to not have an overly cold (but nonetheless chilly) spring.

Kigoma for two reasons.

A) The highest lightning strike density in the world is near Lake Victoria.

B) Copper Harbor is an absolute hell.

Not a continental fan, but this African Great Lake would need to be at least 500 metres higher to take enough of the sting out of that heat.

Copper Harbor for me, much more comfortable summers and temperature wise similiar of the summers we get here in Northern Germany.

Kigoma is a borderline A+ climate. Consistently warm (but not too hot), sunny, tons of thunderstorms, not too dry...

Copper Harbour, on the other hand, is borderline subarctic. What a miserable place!
