Yes. Both times he caught it first and infected me. He is very involved in AA and attends several meetings a week. Since that’s just about the only thing we don’t do together I suspect that is where he got it. Apparently some of the meetings are very crowded. He’s in his seventies and no one wears a mask at the meetings so he doesn’t either. His participation is really important for his sobriety and mental health so I can’t exactly ask him not to go.

But you could have asked him to wear a mask to protect the both of you, I guess following the crowd is more important to him than your health.
