Last place this is for a Paradise. Weather is the worst in the world with year round heat and no rain for my area anyways.

Anyone with coconut tree's is in heaven to me. But my area is a very poor hell hole that looks dead and has not one good thing i can think of and the weather is null.

As long as a green one don't hit ya in the head. I always loved them tree's when at age 6 when i was in Coral Gables staying my uncle's house that i really noticed them.
