True, I left that part out. Red's is a great place to drink, have fun, listen to music on the creek, etc, but the food needs a lot of work. Who's running that kitchen anyway? Sad, actually, considering how much I love the place.

I guess we've been lucky with our Reds choices for food. Haven't had much but what we had was 'okaty'.

Thing is in Charleston, so many good places -- why do okay?

Gonna have to check out Trotters Capt. Rick. I've agreed with all of your other comments regarding restaurants -- hoping you are still on track with this one.

Trotters also has a nice weekend breakfast buffet. Crepes and omelets made to order. Some friends and I stopped in last Sunday morning in the middle of a motorcycle ride.

My husband and I went to Eastern buffet on dorchester road in north charleston south carolina on January 7th for all you can eat crablegs. They was not good at all.The salt on the crablegs was unbelievable. I might as well out salt out of the box. The next day my husband and I was sick on our stomachs. I do not recomend this restaurant to anyone. Enter at your own risk. Signed a North Carolina Concern Citizen

I think it's very difficult to get GREAT seafood on a buffet. I'll have to try Trotters (even if Captain Rick owns a partial share - lol)

I've been to Red Drum in M.P. a few times and they do a great job and have fresh fish and seafood.

Ha-Ha-Ha!
I'm telling you JP,,You will be surprised.

The food is prepared by a chef from scratch,,,Its NOT one of those "Open the can heat it up and dump it on the buffet" kind of places.

Its a first class restaurant!
