BHC is white trash and hispanic gangs...your comment is insulting to lots of very well to do rednecks. The BHC economy is smaller than it was 10 years ago.

Sorry, I'm generally bullish on Bullhead, but this is where people who can't breathe in wetter climates come to die.

Haircuts for men run about $7.50, for women from $15.00. Not going to get rich.

If you're young and tired of Montana, move to San Diego or Seattle, any place with a future.
SD and Seattle are way too much money to live for most people in 2016.

Agreed about the PWT but; "Hispanic" gangs? Unlike Calif; decent people can legally carry CCW as well as open and, that could be a death sentence for a gangbanger here IF 1 or even a group try to start trouble.

Economy: I do agree with you about that; this town's in bad shape IMHO.

I bought a condo on Ramar for 26K in 1999...it was a remnant of two crashes ago, and the man had died....even had a cabinet full of liquor. He had paid 54K brand new in 1984. I worked as a Substitute Teacher at the high school for 65 usd per day. Probably hasn't gone up a penny since then. I stayed 16 months, and left 16K richer. I had my share of fun, and i those days a Dollar tip could get you a double cadillac margarita in a big cup at the Riverside Racebook, while you were watching the horses and doing an occasional 2 Dollar bet. That's all changed. River Palms has really shrunk, no telling how many times it's been in bankruptcy protection. The guy that bought my place for 35K, sold it for 88K in 2005, and that person was foreclosed and those places were back to the mid 20s after the crash. I visited in 2013..almost bought a place upon Mccormick for 32K, that had been 145K...just too many trashy people,,,dogs chained up in front of small condos, incessantly barking..hoa couldn't provide financials that were worth 2 pesos. Water/sewer and that stuff is high....I moved to Northern Thailand instead, bought a condo for 20K, across from the top university outside of Bangkok...nice people, I tried counting all the rice queens, and when I got to about 20,000; a new school year started, and I had to start over. Seeing a doctor at the University Medical Center is less than a lunch buffet at Harrah's. Anyway, my year was OK; but that is absolutely no place for anyone with any career in mind to go for anything. The crash hit them hard, LV, too....and you can add way more gambling options available now. Did I mention the heat?
