Could be because it's from June 2008?

Give me a good Indie coffeehouse with live folk/blues/soft rock and I may reconsider my feelings towards BHC

I would estimate 5 out of 7 days are windy, about 20 mph. It is too windy for me to stay here, especially in the winter when it generates a significant wind chill. In the yet to be felt summer, it may not matter as much, though I wouldn't try golf here. Leaving ASAP.

Other negative - the main drag US 95 needs a lot of work - very bumpy ride. They are starting to repair it now, however.

It is also too humid for me, not as desert-like as you would think.

Too humid for you? In Bullhead?

Just out of curiosity, where do you think you're going to find a drier climate? Hint: The relative humidity in Bullhead today is 26%. The relative humidity in Death Valley today is 31%.

It's hard to believe all this humidity could come from my apartment, but it's possible. Maintenance says I need to open the windows. Never had this problem anywhere before, and I never opened windows.

Nice housing really depends on your personal preference. If you're going to rent, go with a reputable property management company - if you're going to buy, find a real estate agent that has been in the area a while and can explain neighborhood information to you. Whether you rent or buy, try and visit the housing several times before deciding on it, and try going a different times of the day so you can cruise the neighborhood.

Default Want to Relocate to Bullhead City AZ

Is there anyone who can tell what Bullhead City AZ is like? I am considering moving there this yr and would like to know where the safest neighborhoods are and what the traffic is like on the Damn road? What is the average salary their and how is the employment opportunities? Would it be better to live in Laughlin (heard there is mostly retirees in Laughlin than people in there 40's) is this true? Would appreciate any information you could give me. Thank you for your time and responses.
